e-Estonia EdTech programme

  • Paperless kindergarten

    with ELIIS

ELIIS Kindergarten Platform – paperless environment for all kindergartens. We help preschools and kindergartens greatly enhance operations, administration, child development, curriculum planning and communication. By saving time from paperwork and bureaucracy teachers are now able to do what they should do – teaching and taking care of children.

    School Management platform

    with eKool

eKool is a school management tool bringing together pupils and their families, schools and supervisory bodies. eKool supports better learning for the pupil, parents are better aware of their children’s progress and the authorities have a good overview of what goes on in schools under their management.

    Digital learning materials

    with Opiq

Opiq is Star Cloud’s learning management environment used in the majority of Estonian basic and upper secondary schools, which contains textbooks, learning kits, study journal, self-assessment system and other important information to be used by teachers, students and parents. The directory of materials is constantly updated. This is a web app, which the customer sells as a model software service. Besides a PC and tablet, the application can also be used on smartphones and needs no separate app.

The next generation of student application management

    with DreamApply

DreamApply’s clients are educational institutions – such as universities, summer schools, business schools, and international agents – interested in improving their admission processes for staff and students and achieving better results.

Some benefits delivered by our solutions are:

Efficiency: enhance existing processes through tasks automatization across different teams – reducing timescales and workload by 60%.

Data-driven approach: track results of every stage of the admission and enrolment process, select the best-fit students, increase diversity on campus, verify documentation, manage sponsorships and grants.

Engagement: manage leads more efficiently through different marketing tools, faster and easier interactions with students, and hold live interviews.

    Interactive platform for speech therapy

    with Cognuse

Cognuse’s SpeakTX is a digital health and education platform with exercises, assessments and related tools for anyone seeking to improve their speech. SpeakTX is developed in tight collaboration with experienced speech and language therapists for both children and adults. All exercises can be done either in collaboration with a specialist (a speech and language therapist or a teacher) or independently, as well as with empowered parents. We give a supportive tool to people with speech and language difficulties, and a work tool for specialists to manage their work better. Educate. Empower. Evolve.

    Cyber Battle events for youth

    with CTF Tech

Cyber Battle of Estonia is a series of cyber security events for Estonian students of all backgrounds. The core mission of Cyber Battle of Estonia is to bring new people to cyber security, help them take their first steps and get real hands-on experience.

The battle will take you through real-life situations where you will be able to do good with your new abilities. Find out who has been hacking the school? Help save the hospital from equipment failure.  Stop the attackers from getting the valuables from the museum? It is up to you to make a difference.

Want to organise the Cyber Battle in your city?

Technology and robotics education for girls

    with HK Unicorn Squad

Girls only technology club called HK Unicorn Squad now has almost 2000 enthusiastic members.

The programme includes a total of six courses: two 10-lesson courses in an academic year – in autumn and spring. The classes are divided between 4 different topics that include physics and engineering, programming and robotics, electricity and electronics and multimedia. Classes are conducted by enthusiastic parents and teachers.

You develop by starting with very simple things. The course on electricity literally starts with how to change a light bulb, while it ends up with the children assembling rather complicated circuitry with an Arduino.
