India-based IT giant HCL Technologies opened a new development center in Tallinn. The global IT company opened the office in Tallinn to capitalize on the wealth of tech talent in Estonia. The new office will employ around 100 people and is located in Ülemiste City.
Estonian President Toomas Hendrik Ilves was present with HCL President of Financial Services Sales Rahul Singht for the grand opening. Also in attendance, Minister of Entrepreneurship Liisa Oviir.
The Tallinn office will mainly focus on financial services for Nordic and Benelux countries.
