What is user experience design and what role does it play in #digitalsociety? We sat down for an e-Talk with Karin Salu, Senior UX analyst at Nortal, in order to learn more about UX design and how it’s addressed in public sector collaboration projects that Nortal is a partner in.

In this e-Talk you will find out what exactly does a UX analyst do. Furthermore, Nortal is also a formidable force when it comes to public-private partnerships and we also explored what types of projects they work on in this field. We talked about what kind of role user experience design in general takes in such projects and if it is somehow different working on building products for the public sector.

Of course, the main question is can good user experience actually solve problems for users, especially when it comes to public digital services? Short answer is, of course, yes. The more “invisible” the service, the better for the citizens. Find out in the video, why is that so.
