In this instalment of e-Talks three people that have come to live in Estonia from different backgrounds and countries share their experiences with Estonian digital services. What is the e-service that has created the most value for them in their everyday life? (It might also happen that some of the services run so smoothly that you don’t actually give much thought to their significance, as one of the interviewees pointed out.) We also talked about how they would sell the e-Estonia experience to the decision makers in their homecountry and which problems it would help solve, from corruption to the so-called “citizen experience” and more.
