Customer education web page www.minuraha.ee has been created by the professionals of Estonian Financial Supervision Authority. Our aim is to promote financial literacy and to give objective information for all consumers of financial services.

This web page includes information on financial subjects such as banking (loans, saving, credit cards etc), insurance, investing and pensions. In addition it helps to plan personal budget, draws attention to scams, reminds of things to keep in mind before signing any contract and translates the financial terms into common language. There are also several calculators for various services, games helping to learn money matters, important contact details and guidelines what to do in case of running into a conflict with the service provider.
